MESA’s sole goal is to make Minnesota’s software community among the most vibrant by providing C-level pro bono mentoring for CEOs of emerging software companies.
The best MESA mentors are individuals who have held C-level positions at successful software companies (large or small) and with experience along the way at start-up or emerging growth companies. Additionally, good mentoring candidates come from services organizations, such as consulting firms, where the personal practice experience is with software companies including emerging growth companies.
